This is our go-to place in town when we don't know what we want, but would like choices and a good variety of food. We love to eat breakfast on weekdays here because it's good and you can't beat the prices.

We're semi-regulars here, as there's limited local options. We always have good service from wait staff. The food is usually 'good', not great. Excellent coffee-not motor-oil dark like most diners. I personally love the encrusted French toast. The cost of the food is high, but not outrageous. The restrooms need some attention. Lastly, like many local diners are starting to do--expect to get the gouge for using your credit card to pay. Which for @ 80% of Americans, that's how we conduct sales transactions anymore. Annoying beyond description, dare I state the obvious?: the credit card processing cost is ALREADY built into the pricing structure for the food here. Hence the prices. Gouging the customers who use a credit card to pay for their meal with an additional 3-4% is outlandish. Why doesn't the owner offer a 'cash discount' of 3-4%, and forego the credit card fee instead? Overall, I recommend going here. I like it, but I don't love it. The personal service of several of the long-term waitresses alone is worth the visit.
